    1. Always give client a few days earlier than actual deadline.

      1. This way you have wiggle room for errors, or delays with printers.

    1. Ethnicity

    2. Age range

    3. What they need

    4. Occupation

    5. Gender

    6. Education

    7. Residence

    8. Computer literacy
